Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This SLA outlines C.E.R.T.S.™ commitment to providing high availability and support for its Services.

  1. Uptime Commitment

C.E.R.T.S.™ guarantees 99.5% uptime availability per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, or force majeure events.

  1. Scheduled Maintenance
  • Maintenance will be conducted during off-peak hours with at least 48 hours’ notice
  • Downtime during scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations
  1. Support Response Times

Support inquiries are responded to within:

  • 1 to 2 business days for general support
  • 4 hours for system-critical issues (corporate plans only)

Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT

  1. Remedies

If C.E.R.T.S.™ fails to meet the 99.5% uptime commitment, eligible corporate customers may request a service credit not to exceed 10% of the monthly subscription fee for the affected period.

  1. E-Signature Consent Terms

C.E.R.T.S.™ E-Signature Consent Agreement

Effective Date: January 16, 2026

By using C.E.R.T.S.™ platform to upload, sign, or authorize compliance-related documents or certifications, you consent to the use of electronic records and signatures in place of physical ones.

Scope of Consent

You agree that:

  • Electronic signatures provided through the platform are legally binding
  • Notices, records, and agreements delivered electronically satisfy legal requirements for writing and delivery
  • Your consent applies to all interactions with C.E.R.T.S.™ unless you withdraw consent in writing

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic records by contacting us at [email protected]. If you withdraw consent:

  • C.E.R.T.S.™ may suspend or limit your ability to use certain features
  • You may be required to complete transactions via paper documentation

Retention & Access

C.E.R.T.S.™ stores signed records electronically in your account and provides downloadable versions. You are ultimately responsible for maintaining copies for your own records.

Legal Compliance

This E-Signature Agreement complies with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws such as California’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
