By creating an account, browsing, or using our Website or Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law,C.E.R.T.S™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising from your use of the Website or Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the prorated 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Governing Law
